Research
Health management and policy research analyzes the many factors that comprise public health. Always, at the heart of this research is the individual and the desire for better health not only for an individual but for whole populations of people. That means of course looking at systems. Research in the department concerns populations; health care systems and related financial systems; program evaluation; policy development; and then state, regional, national, and, in certain instances, international analyses of these subjects.
