Undergraduate Program
Applications for Major
Students interested in additional information or in applying for admission to the health management and policy major as internal transfers must formally apply and contact the department’s director of undergraduate studies. Students must submit a letter indicating their desire to transfer and the basis for this decision and a copy of all grades received at the University of New Hampshire.
Applicants must meet with the director of undergraduate studies.
Efforts should be made to complete this process during the freshman year or early in the sophomore year to ensure sufficient time to complete all of the required collateral courses as well as those in the major. Students transferring later than the end of the first semester of their sophomore year may need to devote up to an additional year to completed required courses.
