Objectives of the Master's Degree in Outdoor Education
- Students will develop and apply the skills of analyzing, assessing, evaluating, and researching the fields of outdoor education.
- Students will develop advanced leadership and teaching competencies.
- Students will develop the ability to assess personal and professional leadership styles and strategies.
- Students will develop the ability to prepare and instruct others in the development of outdoor leadership skills.
- Students will develop the ability to assess programmatic strategies and implement proper planning procedures based on their decisions.
- Students will develop knowledge in curriculum design and implementation enabling them to develop outdoor education programs with appropriate content and curricula.
- Students will develop an understanding of the foundations of adventure education and the theoretical principles of experiential learning.

quantitative and qualitative research methods and how to implement them in the field of outdoor education. - Students will become knowledgeable of the current trends and issues in the field.
