BARTLETT, N.H. – Voting accessibility, choices for seniors, supported employment, and community options are just some of the topics featured at the second annual Real Choices for Older Adults and Individuals with Disabilities Living in Your Community conference, sponsored by the University of New Hampshire's Institute on Disability/UCED. It will be held Sept. 28 and 29 in the heart of the White Mountains at the Grand Summit in Bartlett.

 

The conference highlights innovative practices that connect people to their communities in ways that promote equal opportunities, full participation, independent living, and economic self-sufficiency. Sessions during this year's conference include:

 

 

Keynote presentations will include Dennis Harkens, president of A Simpler Way, and Lewis M. Feldstein, president of the N.H. Charitable Foundation.
