Post-master's nurse practitioner certificate program
Changes in enrollment and faculty resources require the Department of Nursing to close its Post-Master's Adult Nurse Practitioner Certificate program effective May 2010. We are not accepting new applications to this program.
In order to optimize enrollments and maximize faculty resources, the Department of Nursing will be conducting a review of the Post-Master's Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate program this coming spring. We expect that this program review will bring changes to the current post-master's family nurse practitioner certificate curriculum. We are not accepting applications to the program spring 2008 but anticipate we will be accepting applications for a new curriculum beginning September 2008. The application deadline is July 1.
Our nurse practitioner graduates continue to excel on the national certification exam and are well-received in the regional community. We plan to continue to provide premier nurse practitioner education.
