Applying for Admission
1. Apply on-line at: https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/default.aspx
2. Request transcripts:
(transcript request form)
a) High school or GED
b) RN Nursing School (LPN, AD, Diploma)
c) Any additional academic courses taken after high school for which you received academic credit.
3. Request a letter of recommendation from your college or nursing supervisor be sent to:
