Applying to UNH
Transfer Students
The Occupational Therapy Department welcomes applications for admission from students who wish to transfer from other degree programs at UNH and from other institutions. Students who already have a bachelor’s degree in another area of study may consider the professional master’s degree track that consists of two full years (including summers) of academic coursework and fieldwork.
For students interested in the major, but
not yet committed, Exploring Occupational
Therapy is an appropriate introductory course.
Transferring from within UNH
Students wishing to transfer into Occupational Therapy from another
bachelor’s degree program at UNH apply directly through the
occupational therapy department. Students enrolled at the Thompson
School of Applied Science or Division of Continuing Education associate
degree programs apply through the Office of Admissions. For more

Transferring from another Institution
Students enrolled at universities other than UNH, and those enrolled
at the University’s Thompson School of Applied Science or
Division of Continuing Education associate degree programs, apply
for transfer admission through the Office of Admissions. Office
