Working with Communities
The College's community-based work brings together our faculty and students in collaborative partnerships with communities throughout the state. Together we create enduring community health programs. Proven partnerships include Northeast Passage, which works to create recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities; Steppingstones, which provides broad therapeutic support for people who have experienced severe brain trauma; and a range of community health, adolescent health, and Medicaid policy programs developed through the New Hampshire Institute for Health Policy and Practice.
