Outdoor Recreation for All
The natural resources of New Hampshire provide a spectacular backdrop for outdoor recreation activities. Students majoring in Program Administration can gain an additional expertise in outdoor recreation and recreation resource management.

Commercial/Resort Recreation
Students interested in commercial recreation have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in popular resorts across the country.

Program Leadership
Recreation provides an excellent milieu to build teamwork and sense of group with adolescents, families and friends.

Therapeutic Recreation
At UNH, Northeast Passage (a nationally recognized community-based therapeutic recreation program) provides barrier-free recreation for individuals with disabilities. Therapeutic Recreation helps people to regain the experiences that give meaning to their life.

Recreation Resource Management
Undergraduates and graduate students study and recreate in the New England environs with an awareness of the importance of managing recreation resources to balance use with the protection of the environment.
